Creation of the Euro-Mediterranean University in Fez

The project of creating the Euro-Mediterranean University in Fez (EMUF) comes from a Royal Initiative and finds its repository in the letter sent by His Majesty the King, Mohammed VI, in September 2008, to the French-Egyptian co-Presidency of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), expressing the will of the Kingdom of Morocco to create a Euro-Mediterranean University in Fez.
