The President of the Moroccan Centre for Interdisciplinary Strategic and International Studies attended the Festival Janadiria for heritage and culture of 13 to 17 April 2011 in Riyadh. He was welcomed by the Custodian of Holy Mosques King Abdullah Ibn Abdelaziz. The visit was an opportunity for numerous meetings with several institutions and research centers, thinkers and officials, as part of partnerships initiated by the CMIESI. |
Thus, the President was greeted by Prince Salman Bin Abdul Aziz in his office, where the President awarded the Prince of "key Fez" and nine volumes of the Alliance of Civilizations and Cultural Diversity and to other Centre and the invitation to attend the acts of the next Forum of Fez. His Highness Prince Salman Bin Abdul Aziz took the opportunity to highlight the various democratic reforms carried out remains a benchmark of democracy, civilization and cultural incomparable. The Chairman of CMIESI also participated in a cultural program of the Alliance of Civilizations and how to build a living environment of mankind, from the experiences of Morocco and Saudi Arabia, transmitted by the chain Saudi television culture. He also reviewed and signed several partnership agreements including the presidents or representatives of the World Forum for Dialogue, League (Rabita) of the Islamic World, the King Abdulaziz Centre for National Dialogue, and the world price of the Custodian of Holy Places for Translation, Publishing House Jadaouil, and the Faculty of Heritage.
At the same time and still in the preparation of the October 2011 Forum of Fez, MM. Mohammed Fakihi, Abdullah Ibrahim and Harsi Seddouk have visited the headquarters of the Islamic World League where they were received by the Deputy Secretary General of the League, His Eminence Dr. Abderrahmane Abdallah ibn Azzayd. The discussion focused on the role of CMIESI in the entrenchment of a new culture of alliance of civilizations and cultural diversity, and that through the various editions of the Forum of Fez, and the various publications of the Centre with a copy was given to His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Ibn Abd Almohssine. The discussion also focused on the common interests between the League and CMIESI.
Then a draft partnership agreement between the League and CMIESI was examined by the parties. His Eminence Dr. Abderrahmane Abdallah ibn Azzayd stressed the importance of this initiative and suggested organizing a joint forum between the League and CMIESI.
CMIESI members were then greeted by Professor Rahmat Allah Addine Inayat Ahmed, Director General of the Congress and the League of Organizations, who stressed the importance of the cooperation project with the CMIESI.
