L’UPM face aux enjeux et défis
de l’éducation et la culture |
Fidèles à leurs choix initiaux, la Fondation Esprit de Fès, le Centre Marocain Interdisciplinaire des Etudes Stratégiques et Internationales en collaboration avec la Ville de Fès, et en partenariat avec plusieurs organismes marocains et étrangers, continuent à s’intéresser au processus d’éclosion et de mise en place de l’Union pour la Méditerranée. Ainsi, et après le congrès des 4, 5 et 6 juin 2008 autour du thème de « l’Union pour la Méditerranée : quelles conditions pour quelles perspectives ? » et le forum des 27, 28 et 29 mai 2009 sur : «L’Union pour la Méditerranée : quel bilan pour quelles perspectives ?», ils organiseront les 2.3 et 4 juin 2010 leur troisième forum autour du thème, « L’UPM face aux enjeux et défis de l’éducation et la culture ». |

الاتحاد من أجل المتوسط، رهانات وتحديات التربية والثقافة |
| في إطار اختياراتها الأساسية تتابع مؤسسة روح فاس والمركز المغربي متعدد التخصصات للدراسات الإستراتيجية والدولية، بتعاون مع مدينة فاس، وبشراكة مع عدة مؤسسات مغربية وأجنبية، اهتماماتها بمسلسل إنشاء وإقرار الاتحاد من أجل المتوسط. ومن هذا المنطلق وبعد مؤتمر 4- 5 و6 يونيو 2008 حول موضوع "الاتحاد من أجل المتوسط : أية شروط لأية آفاق؟ " ومنتدى أيام 27 و 28 و 29 ماي2009 حول "الاتحاد من أجل المتوسط، أية حصيلة لأية آفاق؟" ستنظم أيام 2-3 و4 يونيو 2010 المنتدى الثالث في موضوع "الاتحاد من أجل المتوسط، رهانات وتحديات التربية والثقافة". |

| The Union for the Mediterranean: stakes and challenges of education and culture |
| In conformity with the mission we have set for it, the Moroccan Interdisciplinary Center for Strategic and International Studies, in cooperation with the Spirit of Fes Foundation, the City of Fez and a number of Moroccan and foreign partners, accords great interest to the process of blooming and establishment of the Union for the Mediterranean. Thus, following the conference that took place on 4, 5 and 6 June 2008 on the theme of ‘The Union for the Mediterranean: What conditions for what perspectives?’ and the Forum that was convened on 27, 28 and 29 May 2009 on the theme of ‘The Union for the Mediterranean : Taking stock and future perspectives’, we will organise our third Forum on 2, 3 and 4 June 2010 around the issue of ‘The Union for the Mediterranean: stakes and challenges of education and culture’. The closing of the Forum will coincide with the opening of the Fez Festival of World Sacred Music (4th to 12th June 2009). (www.fesfestival.com) |
